Our Story.

Two friends were fed up with planning workouts around hectic schedules and chasing the idea of fitness without seeing the results.  Stressed, unhealthy, and unhappy, these two friends began to challenge each other with  SMART fitness goals  and exploring workouts that could be done from anywhere.  

Many fitness challenges later, they began seeing the results and living the healthy lifestyles they always wanted.
